Introduction and general information Epoxy polyamine hardener
Polyamine Curing Agents
Definition of Epoxy polyamine hardener:
Epoxy, whether for flooring or paint, has a hardener that can be aromatic polyamine, sycloaliphatic polyamine, or polyamide.
Polyamines are a group of organic compounds with a structure of two groups of NH2. They exist biologically and synthetically. They shows better resistance to chemical agents. This type of epoxy is used as the final layer, which is exposed to a variety of chemical agents. Its surface is shiny and hard and it is resistant to mechanical factors such as scratches and abrasions. They create good properties after curing.
Epoxy polyamine hardener belongs to the family of hardening families of epoxy resins such as epiran 06 resin, shell 828 and other new bisphenol A and F resins. This hardener is designed for non-soluble epoxy systems that are cooked at room temperature. This hardener is cooked for 1 hour without the need for accelerators. The final product has the proper color, good color stability, chemical resistance and good impact and good adhesion.
Applications of Polyamine Curing Agents:
- Polyamine hardeners are designed to create cross-linking amines and create the appropriate properties for epoxy coatings after curing.
- Polyamine hardeners very effective for external surfaces of tanks, pipelines and military equipment to maintain the metal structure in chemical environments such as acid, base, solvent, and harsh weather conditions.
